Ronnie Murray is Chef Director at Peckham Manor. After seven years as Group Head Chef of Hix Restaurants, Ronnie announced in mid-2016 that he was leaving to set up his new company, which includes pop-ups, supper clubs, private catering and consultancy services.
Ronnie trained in Patisserie and for 17 years worked for critically acclaimed restaurants including J. Sheekey and Scott’s. In 2016 Ronnie appeared on Great British Menu in the South-East region of the BBC contest. Among other things, Ronnie’s food takes inspiration from his love of old British recipes with a modern spin.
Ronnie has worked extensively with the disability charity Scope on their End the Awkward campaign. He is passionate about bringing new talent into the kitchen and helping small, independent producers and suppliers. He is an avid fan of the Saracens rugby team.
