Hattie Garlick is the author of two books. In her first, 100 Leading Ladies, she interviewed one hundred of Britain’s most influential women, looking for clues about what feminism, success and work/life balance look like for women in today’s Britain. In her second, Born to be Wild, she examines how and why to wrestle modern kids away from screens and into nature.
She is also a journalist, regularly contributing to the Times, Telegraph, FT, a columnist for Mother & Baby Magazine and a frazzled mother of two. After learning her trade on the Foreign News and Comment desks of the Times newspaper, she left to focus on writing books, serving on the board of a leading children’s charity and writing an internationally acclaimed blog along the way.
She lives in London with her son, daughter and husband.
