Jane Beedle is a professional garden designer of 15 years, amateur baker and recent finalist on BBC One’s The Great British Bake Off. Hailing from Beckenham, Jane swapped her gardening rake for her rolling pin and followed her family’s passion for baking into the famous GBBO tent. After serving countless cakes, biscuits, fleur-de-lis mousses and a pie in the shape of the Tudor Rose, Jane made it to the final where she received the highly coveted Paul Hollywood handshake thanks to her delicious meringue crown.
