Emma McQuiston, Lady Weymouth, is a broadcaster and businesswoman. Emma has a casual cooking style which she describes as fun and flirty, whilst also emphasising the capacity for eating well without compromising your health.
Growing up between London and Wiltshire, Emma learnt to cook from her mother who is passionate about traditional English cuisine. During her late teens she developed an interest in a broader spectrum of cuisines, as well the science of food, nutrition, and how it affects our bodies. Emma has an insatiable curiosity for new flavours and food combinations.
Emma studied History of Art at UCL and then began training as an actress at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, before her love of food took centre stage. She recently hosted her own online cooking show, filmed in her own kitchen, which focused on healthy but tasty dishes.
Emma is married to Ceawlin Thynn, Viscount Weymouth and heir to the Longleat estate in Wiltshire. The couple’s first child John was born in 2014.
